The bag has Highlander cotton canvas lining & a matching luggage tag for identification. The shoulder strap adjusts from 36" to 54" for the perfect carrying length. Or the strap can be detached & the bag carried with the two hook & loop closure closed handles. Complies with Prop 65. 22" W x 13" H
