What We Do

At BrandRave Marketing, we help brands stand out with creative solutions that make an impact. Our services include branding consultation, graphic design, website design, and promotional products—all tailored to bring your unique vision to life.

Project Timelines

We respect your time and set clear expectations upfront. While we work hard to meet deadlines, timely feedback and approvals from you help keep everything on track. If any delays pop up, we’ll communicate with you every step of the way.

Payments & Getting Started

To keep things running smoothly, full payment is required when placing your order. Once received, we’ll dive right into your project, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.

Approvals & Proofs

Your approval is key! Every order includes two rounds of proofs or design drafts free of charge so you can review, request tweaks, and make sure everything lines up with your vision. We provide minimal design work with each order, but any complex artwork, major redesigns, or vectorization will incur an additional fee—just to keep things fair for everyone. Need more than two rounds of revisions? No problem, extra tweaks are always available for an added cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your materials arrive before your event or deadline. While we strive to prevent delays, shipping and freight are sometimes unpredictable. If any issues arise, we’ll keep you updated and work on solutions together.

Ownership & Portfolio

Once your project is completed and fully paid for, ownership of the final materials transfers to you. We love showcasing our work, so unless otherwise agreed, we may highlight completed projects in our portfolio to inspire future clients.

Your Role in the Process

Your feedback, approvals, and timely responses help keep things moving. Need something beyond the original scope? Let’s chat—we’re happy to accommodate additional requests when possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before production begins. If any costs have been incurred, a cancellation fee may apply. We’ll always be transparent about any fees upfront.

Returns & Product Issues

All of our products are custom made just for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after production. If there’s a defect or an issue caused by our suppliers, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order—we’ll review it case by case and do everything possible to make things right. Be sure to check your order when it arrives and reach out if you spot a problem. Refunds or replacements can’t be offered for reasons unrelated to quality or fulfillment errors, or if the 7-day window has passed.

Confidentiality

We value your trust. Any confidential information you share with us stays protected and won’t be disclosed to third parties, except when necessary to complete your project.

Our Commitment & Liability

We stand behind our work, but we can’t be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.

Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, ensuring clarity and consistency in all our agreements.
